…began a journey into hospitality in the most unexpected way. I once attended an event where the hospitality was, well, pretty terrible! It was clear no one had really put any thought or care into making the guests feel special, and that really stuck with me: I realised that something was missing.

To begin with, I started helping out with smaller occasions for friends and family, always aiming to add the 'wow' factor to what I created. A hobby quickly became a passion project. I loved seeing the joy on people's faces when they realised how much effort had gone into making their experience special.

Over time, word spread about my approach to hospitality, and I received requests to cater to larger and more prestigious events. It was all thanks to word of mouth, which, to me, is the best kind of compliment!
