Luminous Conference

In early 2024, Endless Graze was invited to cater for a two-day conference in Manchester. Due to the demand for tickets, the same event was run over two weekends, which required a high volume of preparation and supplies!

The event was themed around the idea of ‘Beauty’, and the promotional materials featured a rustic feel, with the key visual being a wooden bowl carefully shaped out of a single piece of wood. We took our cue from this rustic feel and worked with the conference hosts to create an impressive visual centrepiece that provided a unique grazing experience for guests.

As the event ran all day on one of the days, our team arrived early to add breakfast items to the display before guests arrived, condensed the leftover items while guests were in sessions, and cleared the way for lunchtime items to be added.

This was one of our favourite events to cater so far, and it tested our ability to provide a unique experience. Check out the gallery from this event and decide for yourself!
