Culture Summit - 2024

Endless Graze has catered several events for the same client, who regularly hosts conferences that require hospitality. After the area used for hospitality got a makeover, it opened up a whole new set of options for how we could use the space and decorate the room to suit the conference's target audience—in this case, those in leadership.

With no room for a larger table, our team turned smaller circular glass tables into mini grazing displays complete with orange and rosemary lanterns, a mixture of meats and cheeses, pretzels, and other snack options.

We were also asked to create some stand-alone displays to place on ledges at the back of the room, where we added dressed branches. A striking individual fruit display and a mixture of cheese, crackers, and rosemary sprigs on chunky wooden platforms were simple yet effective ways to add colour and another place for guests to graze while they were in the room.
